Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
The Store will accept product for refund (minus the shipping, handling, discount or other additional charges) within (90) days from date of invoice or one-to-one exchange within 1 year from date of invoice. For details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Credit for returns and exchanges will be issued only after the Store confirms receipt of the merchandise.
90-day Money Back
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may request for a refund within 90 days from date of invoice. All returns are subject to a $15 per item restocking fee.
The item must be returned in good/unused condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (including original invoice), parts and accessories to ensure credit or exchange transactions.
Return Rules and Restrictions
  • Items must be returned within 90 days from date of invoice.
  • All warranty, refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if you cannot provide original invoices. It is your responsibility to keep all the invoices.
  • Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and returns.
  • Shipping, handling or other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned items.
  • reserves the right to charge a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for all returned items.
How can I return my order?
Please follow the 3 steps process for returning an order to us.
Step 1:
Please download and fill out the RMA form below:

Please email the fill out form to or fax it to 1-888-317-1987. You will receive a notification within the next business day on whether your case will be covered under warranty. If it is, you will then be issued an RMA number.
Step 2:
Once you've obtained your RMA Number, ship and insure your defective product along with the RMA Form enclosed in the package and a copy of the original invoice back to the shipping center for The battery must be shipped in protected packaging or the warranty will not remain valid. If the product is NOT shipped out within 7 days of receiving notification of your RMA approval, the RMA number will not remain valid. All return packages must be prepaid, sent by Regular mail only (Canada customers use Canada Post and US Customers use USPS) with the RMA Number marked clearly on the shipping label.
Step 3: will inform you of the results after they have tested the product.

Once we receive your return item, it is sent to our testing facility to determine if the product is defective.
If it is in fact defective, will have the option of shipping a replacement unit to you.
If the battery is not found defective, you will be responsible for shipping the working battery back to you.
