What is the shipping policy?
All orders (of in-stock items) are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday
through Friday except Public Holiday! For express and overnight shipments all orders placed before 3:00
PM PST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST
will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders for multiple items might be shipped in separate shipments if part of the
order is not immediately available in our stock so that you receive the available
items as soon as possible for your convenience.
We offer FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Offer not valid for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO. Orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx.
Shipments for PO Boxes may be downgraded to USPS Priority mail if a physical street address is not provided.
Shipments outside the USA
Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and International customers will vary based
on the weight of the order and destination. The exact shipping costs are calculated
during the checkout process online.
What shipping methods do you support?
By shipping with UPS (United Parcel Services)/FedEx, LaptopCharge.com is committed to
providing our customers with a carrier that is reliable and responsible with their
shipments. We are also able to provide our customers with the latest technologies
with order tracking so that every package we ship can be traced to their exact location
at anytime prior to delivery. The following are the shipping methods supported by
UPS (United Parcel Services)/FedEx with a description on the suggested travel time.

Please note that the above shipping time does not include weekends and North America
national holidays. Should you have any question about your shipment or an special
request, please contact us directly.
Unlike many other internet stores, we don't make profit by shipping charges. We
only charge actual shipping cost and handling labor fee. Shipping is automatically
calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your
cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page where you will be offered Shipping Method
choices and their prices.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order (of in-stock items) we promise to ship out all orders within
24 hours of the order confirmation. Please review the shipping times suggested by
UPS/Fedex for each shipping method and your order should arrive within those times specified.
If your order is out of stock, a customer service representative will notify you
by phone or e-mail regarding the estimated ship date for your order. We receive
shipments weekly so our out-of-stock wait times should be no more than 2 weeks and
should usually fall to within a week. If you do not wish to wait for your item,
you can cancel your order without any penalties. In following with our order cancellation
procedures, you may cancel our order until it has been packed and ready to ship.
